What's On this June?

June is a month for wood-fired pizza, championship tennis, and the small matter of whether it's coming home. Here is what we've got in store at The Cricketers:

Thursday Nights are Village Nights. Steep residents- if you haven't already, apply for your Village Card that gives you 10% off your food and drink bill every Thursday night!

Pizza Night – Every Wednesday from 6pm The wood-fired oven is lit, the dough is fresh, and the pizzas are baked to order. We've got some exciting new toppings on the menu this month, so do swing by and try one, or call ahead and grab a takeaway.

Wimbledon at The Cricketers Strawberries and cream, glasses of English fizz, homemade scones with strawberry jam, and the tennis showing live in the Pavilion. Is there a more civilised way to spend a summer afternoon? We don't think so.

England's World Cup Progression But is it coming home? All of England's games will be shown in the Pavilion this World Cup. We'll be there. You should be too. (We accept no responsibility for what happens in the penalty shootout!)

BYO Night – Thursday 11th June Dig deep in the cellar or make a dash to Lidl... whatever you bring, corkage is just £5 when you eat with us. (£10 for a magnum, you show-offs.) A brilliant excuse to finally open that bottle you've been saving.

Steak Night – Thursday 25th June Enjoy a perfectly cooked 8oz Aged Aberdeen Angus, choose from Sirloin, Rump or Ribeye. Book now to secure your table. Village Card holders get 10% off!

Quiz Night – Tuesday 30th June, 7.30pm Booking is now essential for Ian the Quiz's wonderful evenings, so don't leave it to chance! Sharpen those little grey cells, grab a pencil, and get your team of up to six together. £2 per head.
