Our chefs have been working overtime to create this spectacular one-off menu, now available for pre-order for the 28th of March. The vision was simple, to celebrate every part of the cow through an inventive and daring tasting menu, from ox tongue bites, to wood-fired braised beef shin. Other highlights include veal sweetbread, fillet tartare, and a delicate bone marrow cracker. Our beef is always local and high welfare, and this menu is all about responsible and sustainable meat eating.
